We have detected packet loss issues on our Hong Kong nodes. In order to resolve this problem, we will attempt to reboot the host machine during the early morning hours of April 8 (HKT).

Affected Services: HKGIX & HKBGP

Please make sure to back up your data in advance.
Additionally, if you have reinstalled your system by yourself, please ensure that qemu-guest is installed. Without it, your server may fail to start.
